Then apply one thin coat using long strokes for a perfect, seamless application and if you choose to layer, wait 60-75 seconds between each layer for the product to dry. For max benefit, we recommend no more than 3 layers. To remove, Use a Lip Whip Remover oil-based pad to easily remove the metallic liquid lipstick.
